The kit includes the core components along with six diverse lysis buffers, protease K, and debris capture beads, ensuring precise nucleic acid purification tailored to your specific requirements.

Core Kit A: Recommended for most sample varieties and is particularly effective for plant samples.

Core Kit B: Optimised for specific sample types, especially mammalian tissue samples.
