  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We currently accept payment by purchase order and credit cards in the North America region. 

  • How will I know you received my online order?

    When your online order has been processed by our internal system, you will receive an order confirmation via email linked to your account. 

  • Can I track my order online or enquire about an existing order?

    Unfortunately, there is no way to track order status online.  If you want an update on your order, please contact customer service. 

  • Do you offer scheduled deliveries?

    Our website allows you to schedule deliveries during checkout where you can select your dispatch dates for each item in your order. 

  • Can I dispatch my order to multiple locations?

    In addition to selecting your desired dispatch date, our scheduled delivery ordering option allows you to ship items within the same order to different mailing addresses linked in your account. 

  • Do you offer scheduled replenishments?

    Yes, we do offer the auto-replenishment ordering option where you can schedule orders to be placed weekly or monthly during a particular day of the week so your lab will next run out of stock. 

  • Is there a faster shortcut to placing an order?

    There are a couple of different ways to place an order quickly.  You can use our Quick Order button, which is available at the top right corner of our website to order by SKU, or you can go into the “My Favourites” section of your online account to find and order your favourite products quickly. 

  • Is there an easy way to manage orders across multiple labs?

    Yes, our Shopping Lists feature allows you to collate items needed across multiple labs into a single list that you can then upload and save for future orders. 


  • Do you ship to my region?

    We currently ship globally except for any countries where embargoes may exist. 

  • When will my order ship?

    You receive an order confirmation with the expected dispatch date. 

  • Do you offer express shipping?

    No, please contact customer service if you have specific requirements. 

  • When will my order be delivered?

    You receive an order confirmation with the expected dispatch date. Delivery date will vary depending on where you are located within world. 

  • How can I track shipment of my order?

    You will receive an email notification once the shipment has been dispatchedFor any additional questions about tracking your shipment, please contact customer service. 

  • When will I be able to see my shipping charge?

    Our current process allows you to view your shipping charge at final invoice. 


  • Accessing your account

    If you experience trouble accessing your online account, please go to the login page to reset your password by clicking on the Forgot password link. 

  • Resellers

    Please contact customer service to provide your certificate so we can apply tax exemption settings to your online account. 

  • Distributors is currently unable to manage accounts and transaction for distributors.  Please contact customer service to place your order offline. 

  • How do I register as a new customer with LGC?

    To register as a new customer, please complete a new account application form. 

    Your account will then be created and you will be assigned a customer number. Please quote this number on all future correspondence with LGC.
