The use of LGC Biosearch Technologies’ BHQ™ Probe Master Mix has been well documented in combination with challenging plant types for agricultural SNP identification. In this poster we show its use with our proprietary Minor Groove Binder (MGB) probes for genotyping and GMO detection of a variety of complex plant species using both crude extracts and purified DNA on low-volume and high-throughput automated platforms.
